Advisory for New Booking Process- Bedroom Coupons

With the goal of further enhancing the safety, security, and integrity of our members and their privileges, we are adopting a new booking process for bedroom coupons.

With the goal of further enhancing the safety, security, and integrity of our members and their privileges, we are adopting a new booking process for bedroom coupons.

As you may recall, we announced last year that physical room night coupons would no longer be accepted, effective January 1, 2023 in favor of RFID cards. We appreciate your cooperation with this change, which was an important step in ensuring the integrity of our booking process.

We are now implementing additional measures:
When making a hotel booking for personal use or for registered dependents, please note the following requirements:

1. The actual RFID Club ID of the member or registered dependents upon check-in
2. A confirmation letter bearing control number (issued to the member with complete booking details from Membership Affairs)

For bookings made on behalf of guests, the following will be strictly adhered to:

1. A confirmation letter bearing control number (issued to the member with complete booking details from Membership Affairs)
2. Original copy of an Authorization Letter bearing the member's wet signature and date (to be presented upon guest check-in). Please find Official Format here.
3. Copy of the member's government-issued ID attached to the authorization letter. The signature on the ID must match the member's authorized signature as registered.


Please note that same-day booking and check-in will only be available to members and their registered dependents.

Guests of registered members will be required to book at least 2 days in advance of their check-in date.

We understand that these changes may require some adjustments, but we believe they are necessary steps to ensure the safety and security of our members and their privileges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
